Easy-to-do and delicious Italian taste: Tiramisu

Here is my almost everyone’s beloved Tiramisu recipe! It will be ready quickly but will satify the eyes and stomach for a long time! The most important thing in this recipe is its cream, after the preparation of it, the rest is easy peasy 😊 Enjoy!


Ingredients:

- 1 package of sponge fingers

To damp the biscuits:

- 1 glass of water or filter coffee

- 2 TS of baileys

*Tip: I prefer to use filter coffee directly in order to feel more coffee taste but you can use hot water and ready coffee mixture with sugar.


For the cream:

- 1 eggyolk

- 2 TB of flour

- ½ WG of sugar

- 2 WG of milk

- 1 package of vanilla

- 200 gr mascarpone cheese


To decorate the top:

- Cacao powder with coffee

*TB Table spoon

*WG Water glass


Preparation:

Start with the preparation of the cream.

Put the flour, eggyolk, sugar and vanilla in the mid-size pot.

Start to add the milk slowly into your mixture and mix them on the funace with the low heat.

When the mixture gained the density take it from the furnace.

Add the mascarpone cheese in it and mix it with the help of a mixer for 5 minutes.

Heat it again for couple of minutes and let it cool down.

Now, prepare your coffee – baileys mixture and start to wet the biscuits in it one by one, aline the wet biscuits on your glass tray. After finishing the first layer, pour half of your cream on them and repeat this process one more time.

As a last step, with a help of a small sieve, pour the cacao – coffee powder on your dessert.
