Here it is again another easy to bake recipe; chocolate cookies! It does not include too much ingredients and also not too much of butter. But no worries, another cookie recipe with lots of butter will also come :)

Chocolate Cookies
Home-made Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

- 100 gr butter

- 1 WG of castor sugar

- ¼ WG of sunflower oil

- 1 egg

- ½ Pkg of baking powder

- 2 TB of cacao

- 100 gr of chocolate chips

- 2 WG of flour


*WG Water glass

*Pkg Package

* TB Table Spoon


Preparation

Let the butter outside until it is softened, then mix it with the castor sugar.

Add oil and egg in it, mix them together.

Add the baking powder, cacao and slowly add your flour.

Knead the dough until it is dense but not tough.

As a final ingredient, add your chocolate chips, after mixing them all; let the dough rest at least half hour.

Make small balls from your dough and put them on your tray.

Preheat the oven with 180 degree for 10 to 15 minutes and put your trail inside.

You have 10 or 12 minutes of baking time for the cookies, baking them more than 12 minutes would make them like a stone!


Note: I added white chocolate pieces instead of chocolate chips 😊 here is your kitchen, add whatever pleases you!

Nowadays with the current situation, i thought that we all need a sweet getaway with panna cotta. There are not so many ingredients to do this delicious dessert but within this month, i will come up with other recipes with easier to find ingredients, which all of us have on hand at home.


Panna Cotta

Ingredients

- 400 ml whipped cream (2 Pkg)

- 200 ml cold milk (or 1 WG)

- 1 Pkg of vanilla sugar or 1 unit of vanilla stick

- 1/2 WG of sugar

- 3 units of gelatine leaves or 1 Pkg 250 gr of dust Gelatine


for the sauce:

- 1 WG of raspberries

- 1 DS of wheat starch

- 1 TG (1/2 WG) of water

DS dessert spoon

TG tea glass


Preparation

**if you have gelatine leaves, in order to solve, you can put them into the microwawe for a short while or put them into a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.


Pour the cream, milk and sugar into a pot, add the vanilla sugar or vanilla stick.


**the vanilla stick should be cut into two and scrape off the inside of it, add them into the mixture with the stick itself.


Heat your cream mixture until the boiling temperature, before turning the heat off, add your gelatines.

As a last step for your mixture, pour them into your cups and let them cool down at least for

2 hours in the fridge.


**I prefer to prepare it a night before and let them chill for the night. With those ingredients, i filled 10 small glass bowls as in my photo and i served them like that.


For the sauce of your dessert; mix the wheat starch and water, then add the raspberries. Heat them together until it is denser.

Let your sauce cool down for a while, then you can add on your dessert.


Salty snacks-lovers will love these puffy pastiries which is filled with whatever you are pleased! The magic here lies in the density of your dough, accordingly correct amount of ingredients and rested dough 😊 I have already baked with this recipe several times with different fillings, each time they were loved and each time i received a new idea of filling. My favourite fillings are up until now; emmental cheese or white cheese – fresh parsley mix or minced meat – onion – pepper paste mix.

Ingredients

- 1 WG of olive oil or sunflower oil

- 1 WG of warm milk

- 1 Pkg of dry yeast

- 1 egg

- 1 DS of sugar

- 1 TS of salt

- 4 WG of flour


*WG water glass

*Pkg package

*DS dessert spoon

*TS tea spoon (one pinch)


Preparation

**Seperate the white of an egg and the egg yolk from each other and keep the egg yolk in order to use it at the end.

Mix all of your ingredients except the egg yolk until it becomes a soft dough.

The density of your dough should not be so rough, also not so soft. Then let it rest for at least 2 hours.

With this recipe, i prepared it for 8 people so i divided it into 16 balls but you can divide your dough into smaller and more pieces.

Each dough balls, i put them inside of my palm and filled them with either mix meat, or cheese. You can add inside whatever you like.

After you place them on your tray, do not forget to spread the egg yolk on your doughs before you put them into the oven. Cook them for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degree in the pre-heated oven.
