I'm inspired from Starbucks vegetarian bowl that I ate as a lunch recently.

It is very easy and quick to prepare but its taste will last longer with you!

Ingredients

- 1 glass of boiled wheat

- 2 glasses of water

- 1 glass of boiled chickpea

- 2 full TB tahini (susame butter)

- 2 small clove of garlic (if cloves are really big, use just 1 not to burn your stomach)

- half lemon

- 2 TB water (optional)

- 2 TB olive oil

- 1/4 TB cumin

- 1/4 TB salt

- dried corn, pumpkin seed and sunflower seed, green & red peppers (optional - knorr has a small packages which is named as salad seeds mix)

*TB tablespoon

Preparation

Add 1 glass of wheat in 2 glasses of water and let them boil for half an hour

Use either 1 can of boiled chickpea or boil 1 glass of chickpea until they are soft

Remove the hull of boiled chickpeas one by one for the consistency of Humus

Mix chickpeas, tahini, garlic, juice of a half lemon, water, olive oil, cumin and salt in a mixer

You can put the wheat in a plate of bowl and serve it by putting 1 spoon of humus in the middle

As a final step, adding a salad seeds mix would make your plate look chic and also it adds a bit of more taste!

What is good nearby?

As a Turkish, we eat everything with plain yogurt :) you can also add on the top which spice you like, parsley or chives...

In Starbucks they serve with few slices of sweet potato.

Also small bowl of a green salad (lettuce, cucumber and tomato) would be nice as well.
